How to get the best results?

What is blue light and why does it affect my sleep?
Lampiero uses gentle, non-UV red light and does not produce the harsh glare of overhead lighting. Many parents use it for night feeds, nappy changes, and bedtime routines. As with any lamp, use it under normal supervision and keep the charger and cable out of reach of children.
How big is it? Will it fit on my nightstand?
Lampiero is 9.5cm wide × 12.5cm tall
Roughly the size of a coffee mug. It fits on any nightstand, bathroom shelf, or nursery table. Small enough to carry from room to room.
Is it safe for babies and children?
Yes. 670nm red light is gentle, non-UV, and produces no heat. Parents use Lampiero for night feeds, nappy changes, and bedtime routines. It is the safest colour of light for little eyes at night.

Standard delivery is generally 10 to 20 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination country. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
How bright is it?
Lampiero has 5 dim levels. Most people use levels 1 to 2 before bed, and levels 3 to 4 for reading, night feeds, or moving around the room. It is meant to be soft enough for evenings but useful enough for real life.
How is this different from a regular night light?
Most night lights use warm white LEDs that still emit blue wavelengths. Even "warm" light suppresses melatonin. Lampiero uses a specific 670nm wavelength: pure red, zero blue. The same wavelength as sunset. Your brain reads it as sunset, not daytime.
I have tried everything for my sleep. Why would this be different?
