# Shipping policy

## 1. delivery zones

We currently deliver to customers in the European Union and the European Economic Area.

## 2. order processing

Orders are generally processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

## 3. estimated delivery times

Standard delivery is generally 10 to 20 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination country, local carrier operations, and seasonal demand. These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

## 4. shipping costs

Free EU shipping applies to orders over €89.

For orders below €89, the applicable shipping fee is displayed at checkout before payment.

## 5. dispatch and fulfilment

Orders are dispatched through our fulfilment and logistics network. Dispatch location may vary depending on stock availability and destination country.

## 6. tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for tracking data to appear in the carrier system.

If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, contact us at jean@lampiero.com and we will review the shipment with our logistics partner.

## 7. customs, taxes, and import charges

For orders delivered within the EU and EEA, customers are not normally charged additional customs duties at delivery. If local authorities apply exceptional charges outside our control, please contact us and we will review the case with you.

## 8. failed delivery or incorrect address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If a parcel is returned because the address provided was incomplete or incorrect, or because delivery attempts were not collected in time, we may ask the customer to pay the new shipping cost before reshipment.
