Delivery questions
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Standard tracked shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to.
Do I pay customs or fees at delivery?
There are no extra fees at checkout. If a carrier ever asks you to pay a charge at delivery, write to us before you pay and we will look at it with you.
The tracking has not moved. What now?
The first days it can be quiet. If nothing has moved for more than a week, write to us with your order number and we will check it with the carrier.
Can I change my address?
Write to us as soon as possible with your order number and the new address. If it has not shipped yet, we will change it right away.
